Starts when the commissioner begins the draft

The draft hasn't started yet. The commissioner begins it from the league lifecycle once the league is ready; if no order is saved, a random order is drawn at the start.

    Commissioner pick

Draft for as a commissioner override. The pick is labelled on the board and recorded in the league audit log.

    Pause the draft?

Picks, the clock and auto-picks stop until you resume. Members see the paused state immediately.
